Cancellation Policy

At PeakHills, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations may be accepted.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers may refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
3. Cancellation by PeakHills
PeakHills reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
- Payment verification failure.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
- Delivery location is not serviceable.
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for cancelled orders will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
5. Failed Transactions
If payment has been deducted but the order is not successfully placed, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within the applicable processing period.
