2. Delivery Coverage (PAN India)
We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted logistics partners such as:
- Delhivery
- Xpressbees
- Bluedart
- India Post
- DTDC
- Shiprocket Network Couriers
If your PIN code is unserviceable, our team will contact you immediately.
3. Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed:
✔ Orders are processed within 24 hours
✔ Orders placed before 1 PM are usually dispatched the same day
✔ No shipping on Sundays or national holidays
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines (after dispatch):
📍 Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
📍 Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days
📍 Remote / Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is delayed or lost due to courier issues:
- We will coordinate directly with the courier partner
- We may resend the product or initiate a refund as needed
- A claim may take 3–7 business days to process
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
If a customer provides an incorrect:
- Address
- Phone number
- PIN code
And the order is returned or undelivered:
➡ Re-shipping charges may apply.
PeakHills is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
10. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged:
You MUST inform us within 48 hours with pictures/video.
We will arrange:

11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD availability depends on your PIN code.
For COD orders:
- Courier may call before delivery
- Exact cash amount is required
- Repeated COD returns may lead to blocking COD option for that customer

Currently, we do not offer international deliveries.
Only domestic (India) orders are accepted.
