Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We currently deliver products across most serviceable locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately with photographs of the package.
