Customers will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where applicable.

4. Failed Transactions

In certain cases, payment may be deducted from your account while the order remains unconfirmed due to technical issues, banking delays, or payment gateway interruptions.

Such transactions are generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 business days, subject to their policies.

7. Refunds
