Since our products fall under food and consumable goods, returns are handled carefully to maintain hygiene and safety.

2. Products Eligible for Replacement
We offer replacement (NOT return) only in the following cases:
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Damaged product
✔ Tampered or leaked package
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Missing items in the package
In these cases, we will send you a fresh replacement, FREE of cost.
3. Time Limit for Replacement Request
You MUST raise a replacement request within:
⏳ 48 hours of delivery
After 48 hours, no claims can be accepted due to food-safety reasons.
4. Proof Required
To process your claim quickly, we require:
📸 Clear photos of:
- Product
- Outer box
- Shipping label
- Damaged/leaked area (if any)
📹 A short video is helpful but not mandatory.

5. Situations NOT Eligible for Return/Refund
To maintain hygiene, these situations are not eligible:
❌ Product opened/used
❌ Product consumed partly
❌ Customer changed mind
❌ Customer doesn’t like taste or smell (as spices vary by region)
❌ Minor packaging dents (non-damage)
❌ Delay caused by courier (beyond our control)
PeakHills ensures highest quality, but variations in colour, texture, aroma are natural in handmade spices and not a defect.
6. Refund Policies
Refunds are issued ONLY in cases where:
✔ Replacement product is out of stock
✔ Courier confirms “lost shipment”
✔ Double payment made by customer
✔ Order cancelled BEFORE dispatch
Refund Method:
- UPI / Bank transfer / original payment mode
Refund Timeline:
🕒 5–7 business days
7. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before dispatch only.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
COD orders refusing delivery may result in blocking COD option for future orders.
8. Return Shipping
Since food products cannot be reused:
🚫 We do not accept returns back to warehouse.
Only replacement is provided if eligible.
9. Damaged Delivery from Courier
If the courier delivers a visibly damaged package:
- Please take a photo/video immediately
- Reject the parcel if possible
- Contact us on WhatsApp immediately
We will issue a replacement.
10. Wrong Address Issues
If the customer provides incorrect:
- Address
- Phone number
- PIN code
➡ Re-delivery charges may apply.
PeakHills is not responsible for delays caused by customer error.
11. FSSAI & Food Safety Compliance
As per FSSAI hygiene standards, any opened food product cannot be returned.
This ensures safety for all consumers.
